We want you to love your Shaal experience! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:
Returns:
- You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please note: Certain items like personalized products or hygiene-related items may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Exchanges:
- You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style within 7 days of delivery.
- Simply let us know your preferred exchange via email or phone, and we'll happily guide you through the process.
- If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll issue a refund for the remaining amount.

- Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was mistakenly sent or defective.
