We want you to love your Shaal experience! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:

Returns:

  • You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Please note: Certain items like personalized products or hygiene-related items may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Exchanges:

  • You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style within 7 days of delivery.
  • Simply let us know your preferred exchange via email or phone, and we'll happily guide you through the process.
  • If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll issue a refund for the remaining amount.

Refunds:

  • We'll credit your original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was mistakenly sent or defective.
